Sementara tunggu petola masak lemak putih mendidih, saya siapkan daging masak kicap. It's different from other resepi masak kicap yang saya pernah jumpa. Ini versi kesukaan kami adik-beradik, and it's my mom's original recipe. Meat is boiled with ginger and onion. Later on, pour some milk and kicap lemak manis. Itu aje. Simple. Daging boleh ditukar kepada ayam, and it tastes very delicious for me.
Akhir sekali, sotong goreng tepung. I browse for recipe to make it more crispy. And I found it
here at Sweet Lily kitchen, owned by Nina. Normally i only use plain flour, but this time, I add cornflour and soda bicarbonate. Using white egg left from husband's telur ayam kampung, add a little bit white pepper; it turn a good result. Crispy and delicious.
Cut some watermelon and make fruit punch drink, Alhamdulillah, habis :)
