Fresh tofu with mango puree

Pertama kali memperkenalkan tauhu atau tofu kepada Iman. Tauhu tu kena kukus dulu bagi masak dulu. Untuk bagi lebih menarik, I've combined with mango puree. Kebetulan ada mangga yang sedap dalam peti ais.

Tofu is low in calories, contains large amount of iron and little fat. It also high in calcium and/or magnesium.

Bahan-bahan
Fresh tofu
Mango
Water or milk (to use when blending the mango)
Steamer

how-to
  • Wash and cut tofu into cube shape.
  • Prepare the steamer and steam the tofu. Set aside.
  • Peel and deseed mango. Prepare the blender. Put mango into blender and pour some water. Blend.
  • Serve tofu with the puree. Sedapnye.
