Later on, pour some milk and kicap lemak manis. Itu aje. Simple. Normally i only use plain flour, but this time, I add cornflour and soda bicarbonate. Using white egg left from husband's telur ayam kampung, add a little bit white pepper; it turn a good result. Gaul rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Buatkan lubang di tengah-tengah. Masukkan susu dan yis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gaul-gaul sampai sebati.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan butter. But, I add on some fresh cream and honeystars powder. How I make my honeystars powder? It's easy! Use dry mill blender. Put honeystars as much as you like and start blending. Pour into the pancake batter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The pancake has a nice smell. Betul. Tak tipu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh, this time I don't use brown sugar. I substitute with 1 teaspoon of caster sugar. I think, that's why the color is much more cantik. Pening gak nak buat sebab:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tauhu ada beberapa jenis. Yang 4 segi, yang warna kuning, yang bentuk silinder.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Saya tak makan tauhu hehehehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;Setelah bertanyakan kakak office, akhirnya saya berjaya menemui resepi kat myresepi. Terima kasih &lt;a href="http://www.myresipi.com/top/detail/3337"&gt;ummiktn&lt;/a&gt; sebab share resepi yang sedap ni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Iman pon tumpang sekaki gak ni. Buat bekal untuk Iman esok harinya :p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;bahan-bahan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus tauhu telur/egg tofu (ada yg panggil tauhu jepun, rasanya la)&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk halus&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar sos tiram&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu teh lada sulah yg sudah tumbuk&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu teh tepung jagung (bancuh dengan air)&lt;br /&gt;air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;sayur kobis, carrot, brocoli&lt;br /&gt;1 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara-cara:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Potong tauhu kepada beberapa potong ikut saiz yang disukai.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Goreng tauhu hingga kekuningan dan ketepikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dalam periuk asing, panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau dan masukkan air.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan sos tiram bersama lada sulah dan kacau sebati. Setelah menggelegak, masukkan tepung jagung dan telur. Kacau sebati lagi.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan sayur kecuali brocoli. Kacau sebentar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tauhu. Kacau lagi. So, masak lagi 1 round dan kali ni masak 1 pot setengah. Baru masak dengan cantik. Masak sup sayur (carrot, brokoli, bunga kobis) dan makan bersama hati masak pedas. Husband makan tambah. Dan, masa makan, he request me to masak sup tauhu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oleh kerana ada masak 1 pot extra, saya bercadang untuk buat nasi goreng mentega. Gambar tak ada sebab dah bagi bekal kat Husband dan jugak Iman. And me too. Tak sempat nak capture gambar dah habis dah nasi :p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi&lt;br /&gt;2 ulas bawang merah (tumbuk)&lt;br /&gt;Carrot secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;1 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;Butter secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;how-to&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan mentega ke dalam kuali dan panaskan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tumis bawang merah sehingga wangi.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan nasi dan kacau rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masuk pulak carrot. Kacau lagi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan telur dan dan kacau. Masak dan gaul sehingga rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Akhir sekali, masukkan sedikit garam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Note: Garam suka hati lah nak masuk bila. Ada orang suka masukkan sebelum masuk nasi. Up to individual's preference. Tapi saya masukkan akhir sekali sebab saya nak asingkan nasi untuk Iman. Terpulang banyak mana nak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan garam dan cinnamon powder (optional)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan non stick frying pan dengan butter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Celup roti ke dalam adunan telur tadi. Make sure all covered well.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masak roti sehingga menjadi light brown. Sharing is caring :p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp of plain flour&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp of baking powder&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp of brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B&lt;br /&gt;Enough milk, say 3oz (I use fresh milk)&lt;br /&gt;A little oil (I use olive oil)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-cara.&lt;br /&gt;Combine A (dry ingredient) in a bowl.&lt;br /&gt;Mixed B in another bowl. Make a hole in the middle of the A.&lt;br /&gt;Pour B into A. Batter will be slightly lumpy.&lt;br /&gt;Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over medium high heat.&lt;br /&gt;Scoop 1 tablespoon of batter onto the pan.&lt;br /&gt;Cook until pancakes are golden brown/bubble on both sides.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota kaki:&lt;br /&gt;* If the batter cair, add some flour.&lt;br /&gt;* If batter macam tak cukup kecairannya, add enough milk.&lt;br /&gt;* If for adult, boleh letak perasa (gula/garam) dan telur.&lt;br /&gt;* Bila dah selalu buat, u'll know berapa banyak nak letak.&lt;br /&gt;* U'll can make variety type of pancake. I made a few version for Iman - raisin, banana (cut into small slice, just enough to fit on the butter when we scooped on the pan), gratted carrot, versi tambah nestum, versi tambah oat. It's fun. Ini salah satu versi yang menjadi bila saya buat :p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cups of flour&lt;br /&gt;3/4 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;B&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 large eggs&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 cups milk&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;How-to&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix dry ingredient in bowl A. Mix well using whisk, stir to make it fully incorporated into each other. Break up any lumps.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add milk into the egg bowl, melted butter/oil. Mix well.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Make a hole a dry ingredient bowl and fold in the beated egg, milk and butter/oil.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Scoop batter on hot frying pan. It's worth for me to bake one.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;br /&gt;250gm digestive biscuits (crushed)&lt;br /&gt;120gm butter (melted)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500gm cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;100gm caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;250gm whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp cornstarch&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping&lt;br /&gt;150gm plain flour&lt;br /&gt;40gm caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;75gm butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;how-to&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;To make base. Combine crushed biscuits and butter, press in the bottom of the cake tin. Simple aje. Dah siap base.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Beat cream cheese, sugar and corn starch until soft and smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in whipping cream and mix well. Pour in cheese mixture in the cake in.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;To make topping. Combine flour and sugar and rub in butter with fingers until resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the cheese mixture.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bake in preheated oven at 150'C for 1 hour.
